Trisha Cafe uses its own traditional recipe to prepare the dish, only certain fishes for the asam pedas, include red snapper, kerapu and tilapia and the most popular one is the fish head asam pedas, gravy is thick, spicy and less oily and the fish is fresh.
The cafe also offers authentic Malay, Chinese and western cuisine. Such as deep fried chicken with lemon sauce, seafood beancurd in claypot, pan-fried squid with sambal, grilled chicken chop and garlic lamb.
The cafe also has a wide range of desserts and drinks such as Sarawak Teh C and Rainbow Trisha which looks and tastes great.
